Charles C. Fawcett IV is the president of Tri State Capital, a private bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Charles C. Fawcett IV doubled-majored in business and economics during his undergraduate studies and went on to earn his MBA from the school in 1990. For alumni of the university’s Joseph M.
